Who We Are

Mechani-Calls is a family owned and run business. David Cavaleri along with his wife, Cherise are passionate about providing quality work and customer service.

David worked for Hunter Holden with its many different franchises for over 25 years in various roles including Motor Mechanic, Roadtester, Workshop Controller and Workshop Manager. He has also trained several apprentices. During this time, he participated in many training and technical programs and courses, always keeping up to date with changes in technology.

Mechani-Calls was born in 1998 as a mobile mechanic business. Until recently, it was run as a side business catering to a small but loyal customer base.

In 2016, David and Mechani-Calls began operating on a full-time basis. David and Cherise take pride in running an honest and friendly operation and genuinely care for their customers and their needs.

Qualified for all service and repair requirements as well as pink slips (e-Safety checks) and blue slips, Mechani-Calls proudly offers competitive prices with all work guaranteed. And always with a smile.

Having school aged children himself, David understands the importance of having a vehicle for drop-off and pick-up times and will endeavour to have work completed within school hours whenever possible.

David is experienced in all makes and model vehicles and will happily supply obligation-free quotes.
